How it works

Found that gorgeous hire item you just have to have?

Simply add it to the cart, there you can change the quantity of the item if you require more. 

Once you have all the items in your cart send through the order to us.

We will check to see if its available for the date you require and send you through an invoice.

Pick up or Delivery

Yes! Both are available.

Pick Up: We have a minimum spend of $250 excluding GST for any items that you wish to hire and pick up from our Ipswich location. Pick times and dates will be available when invoiced.

Delivery: We have a minimum spend of $1000 for our items to be delivered, exclusive of delivery fees and gst. Delivery times and dates will be available when invoiced.

Is Styling Available?

Prop It Pretty is a DIY hire company and as such the items are to be styled by you, or a wedding planner, coordinator for your event. If you need assistance with the setup on your event day, please let us know and we can forward through details of Wedding Planners and Stylists we work with frequently within the industry.

When is my invoice due for payment? 

The payment due date will be listed on your invoice. If payment has not been received by this time we will make these items available to other clients.

Can my order be changed before the event once the booking has been made?

Please review our hire decor on the website where you will see the quantities, sizes and numbers available. Any special conditions of hire are also shown in this section. If you have any questions about an item please let us know prior to placing your order to make sure we can respond to these queries, and possibly offer another product that is better suited for your needs. Once a booking is made with payment of your invoice, we do not allow items to be changed due to loss of opportunity. If you need to add something else, we are more than happy to invoice you separately for the additional items if they are available. 

What happens if the event gets cancelled?

If your event is cancelled and no items are required for your event the following conditions apply. As we only have a limited number of bespoke hire items and high interest in our products, and these items have been held for your event, the cancellation is a loss of business opportunity. Please refer to our terms and conditions of hire.
